Shaping the Mining Technologies of Tomorrow With Digital Precision
"For Tezman, production is not just a manufacturing process — it is a discipline of advanced engineering and digital precision."
Tezman treats spare-part production for the global mining and tunneling sector as a discipline of advanced engineering. Our Engineering and Design department is Tezman's engineering hub: it works from OEM standards and refines them with data from the field.
Advanced Reverse Engineering
We bring hydraulic-breaker and rock-drill spare parts — with their complex geometries and tight tolerances — into the digital world using advanced measurement technologies.
3D Optical Scanning: We create micron-level digital twins of even complex parts, and carry out wear and deformation analyses on that data.
Metallurgical Analysis by Spectrometer: We analyze a part not only dimensionally but at the atomic level. Through chemical composition analysis, we determine the most suitable alloy for the rock hardness and impact frequency the part will face.
CAD/CAM and Digital Simulation
We close the gap between design and production, working on a principle of "high precision."
We simulate the stress, vibration and thermal loads a part will face in operation. This lets us reinforce a part's weakest point before it is ever produced.
Data from the design stage is transferred directly to our multi-axis CNC machining centers. This integration reduces the risk of human error while delivering high repeatability in production.
R&D and Performance Optimization
Tezman does not merely produce existing parts — it improves them.
Using feedback from our field engineers, we identify the recurring problems in the original designs and, with "Tezman Modified Designs," extend the working life of parts by up to 20%.
With its digital engineering infrastructure and advanced production technologies, Tezman continues to be a sustainable performance partner for the global mining sector.
