Milestones
The Vision Takes Shape
Tezman was founded in Türkiye with the goal of becoming a reliable manufacturer in the rock-drill spare-parts industry. From its very first day of production, the company set out with an R&D discipline focused on solving the industry's long-standing "part life" problems.
First Step Beyond Borders: The Export Move
Large-scale investment in CNC technology brought production defect rates down to a minimum. Tezman quality reached beyond Türkiye for the first time, going into mining projects across Europe and the Middle East.
A Strategic Decision: 100% Global Focus
Tezman wound down its domestic operations and dedicated its entire production capacity and engineering experience to world markets. This move became the cornerstone of today's export-focused, professional model.
Metallurgy Investments and Engineering Infrastructure
Beyond the machine park, raw-material analysis laboratories and advanced heat-treatment facilities were established. The "Tezman Engineering Protocols" — grounded in OEM standards and refined through field feedback — were put into practice.
South America Operations and Chile
Tezman Chile SpA was established to provide on-site service in South America, one of the world's key regions for mineral reserves. Türkiye's production strength combined with a local presence in Chile to form an intercontinental logistics bridge.
Strong Stock Management Through a Crisis
During the global supply-chain crises, Tezman stood out with an "accessible ready stock" strategy covering more than 3,000 items. By giving major mining companies fast access to stock, it helped keep their operations running.
