We Simulate Field Conditions in the Lab and Verify Performance Before the Field
Tezman is confident enough in the quality of its parts and hydraulic units that it tests them under demanding conditions before they are ever shipped. For us, it is not enough for a part to be correct "on paper" — it has to deliver the expected performance under real operating pressures.
Drifter (Rock-Drill) Test Unit
Our dedicated drifter test bench — found at only a few manufacturers in the industry — is an important part of our quality assurance.
Real-Time Performance Analysis: Rock drills that are rebuilt or produced from scratch are connected to our test unit after assembly. Impact frequency, rotation torque and hydraulic leak tests are carried out at real operating pressures.
Digital Data Approval: The data from our test unit is analyzed in our digital system. No unit that fails to meet OEM performance figures receives "approval."
Dynamic Load and Stress Simulations
Parts pass through digital and physical tests while they are still at the production stage.
Fatigue Tests: The fatigue margin that critical parts (pistons, side bolts, gears) will show after thousands of operating hours is simulated with advanced software.
Hydraulic Pressure Tests: Sealing elements and bodies are subjected to durability testing against peak pressures.
