Raw-Material Quality Control
Superior Performance Begins With the Right Alloy and Certified Raw Material
The extreme conditions at mining sites leave no room for compromise on the quality of the metal used. At Tezman, quality control does not start in the factory — it starts with the choice of raw material.

Raw-Material Sourcing to Global Standards
All of the steels and alloys we use in production are sourced from reputable foundries that work to European and global standards and are approved by major mining companies.
Traceability: Every metal block that enters our facility is recorded with a "Heat Number" and a raw-material certificate. This means the melt a finished product came from can be traced even years later.
Chemical and Physical Validation (Material Validation)
We do not simply rely on supplier certificates — we verify in our own laboratory.
Spectrometer Analysis: Every incoming batch of raw material is analyzed with our spectrometer to confirm that the alloying elements (carbon, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, etc.) are at their target values.
Ultrasonic Tests: Raw-material groups that carry a risk of internal voids or cracks are screened out before they reach the production line.
Sustainable Supply Chain and Cost Advantage
Thanks to our strategic purchasing power, we source high-quality raw material at a sustainable cost, and we pass that advantage on to our customers as a "high quality / competitive price" balance.
